You remain responsible for ensuring that you have the appropriate rights and permissions to upload, process, and publish the content you provide.

When you connect a supported social media platform, PubZora may receive certain information through that platform's official APIs and authorization systems.

Depending on the platform and permissions granted, this information may include account or channel names, profile identifiers, public account information, authorized access tokens, page or channel identifiers, publishing permissions, content metadata, and publishing status information.

We request and use platform data for the functionality associated with the permissions you authorize.

We do not require you to disclose your social media account password when connecting through an official authorization process.

When you access PubZora, we may process technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, access times, pages visited, error reports, and feature usage.

This information helps us operate the platform, diagnose technical problems, maintain security, and understand how our services are used.

Disconnecting a Meta account from PubZora stops its continued use for connected operations, subject to processing already completed and applicable retention requirements.

When you connect TikTok, PubZora may receive authorized profile information, account identifiers, permissions, and content-related information needed to provide supported TikTok features.

We process TikTok information only for authorized service purposes and subject to the applicable TikTok developer and platform requirements.

TikTok independently controls information processed within its own services.

PubZora uses YouTube API Services for supported YouTube integrations.

When you authorize access to a YouTube account, PubZora may access information associated with the permissions you grant, such as channel identifiers, channel information, video-related metadata, publishing permissions, and authorized account information.

This information is used to provide user-requested YouTube functionality, manage authorized publishing operations, and maintain relevant integration features.

Our access to, use of, and handling of data received through Google and YouTube API Services is subject to applicable Google and YouTube policies.

Your use of YouTube through PubZora is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.

You may also review and revoke PubZora's access to your Google account through Google Account Security Settings.

You can request the deletion of YouTube-related information stored by PubZora by contacting us using the information provided in this Privacy Policy.

When Google or YouTube authorization is revoked, or a valid deletion request is received, relevant authorized YouTube data must be removed in accordance with the applicable YouTube API Services Developer Policies, including their required deletion timeframes.

Deleting information stored by PubZora does not automatically delete videos or other information already stored on YouTube.

When you connect Pinterest or another supported platform, we may process the account identifiers, authorization details, content information, and permissions necessary to provide the functionality you authorize.

Each connected service may have its own privacy policy, developer requirements, and data retention rules.

PubZora's integration with a third-party platform does not mean that the platform owns, operates, or endorses PubZora.

PubZora offers AI-assisted tools for content generation, writing, content planning, and related creative workflows.

PubZora uses Paddle to process purchases, subscription payments, renewals, and related billing transactions.

Paddle operates as our merchant of record and authorized reseller for purchases made through its checkout services.

When you purchase a paid PubZora subscription, Paddle may collect and process information including your name, email address, billing address, payment information, transaction details, applicable tax information, and subscription information.

Paddle is responsible for processing payments and handling applicable payment-related obligations as merchant of record.

PubZora may receive relevant transaction and subscription information from Paddle to activate your subscription, manage access to paid features, assist with product support, and maintain necessary business records.

We do not directly process your complete payment card information through the PubZora application.

Paddle independently processes buyer information according to the Paddle Privacy Policy.

Subscription cancellations, refund requests, and applicable consumer rights are explained in our Refund & Cancellation Policy and the relevant Paddle buyer policies.

Refund eligibility and processing are subject to Paddle's applicable policies and mandatory consumer protection laws.

We may share relevant information with service providers and connected platforms when necessary to operate PubZora.

These may include cloud infrastructure and hosting providers, database and storage services such as Supabase and Cloudflare, AI service providers involved in requested content generation, Paddle for subscription billing, and social media platforms you authorize.

Information shared with these providers is limited to what is reasonably necessary for the relevant service, subject to applicable contractual, technical, and legal restrictions.

If you work within a shared workspace, information may also be accessible to other workspace members according to their assigned permissions.

We may disclose information when required by applicable law, a lawful government request, or when reasonably necessary to protect the security, rights, and integrity of PubZora and its users.

PubZora uses cloud-based infrastructure and service providers to operate its application, store user information, and manage content-related data.

Account information, content, media, and workflow data may be retained while your account remains active and the information is required for the features you use.

When you delete content, disconnect an integration, close an account, or make a valid deletion request, we will process the relevant data according to applicable law, technical requirements, and third-party platform obligations.

Certain information may need to be retained for limited additional periods for legal compliance, fraud prevention, financial recordkeeping, dispute resolution, or backup recovery.

Data obtained through Google, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, and other APIs is also subject to those platforms' applicable storage, authorization, refresh, and deletion requirements.

Paddle may independently retain transaction information when necessary for its own legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations.

Information already published to an external platform remains subject to that platform's policies. Removing a post from PubZora does not necessarily remove the corresponding published content from the external service.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to your personal information, correct inaccurate details, request deletion, restrict or object to certain processing, request data portability, or withdraw previously granted consent.

You may also have the right to contact an appropriate data protection authority.

You can manage certain account information through your PubZora account settings.

You may disconnect supported social media integrations or revoke their permissions through the relevant platform's account security settings.
