These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Pubzora ("Pubzora", "we", "us", or "our"), including our website, application, and related services. By creating an account or using Pubzora, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Pubzora is a software platform that helps users create, organize, manage, automate, schedule, and publish digital content through supported services and integrations. Features may include AI-powered tools, content management, media storage, workflows, scheduling, analytics, and third-party integrations. Features may change or be updated over time.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and maintaining the security of your login credentials. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account and must notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You retain ownership of content you upload, create, or provide through Pubzora. You grant Pubzora the limited rights necessary to store, process, transmit, and publish your content solely to provide the features you request. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use and publish your content.

Pubzora may provide AI-powered content and media generation or processing. AI-generated output may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing or relying on it.

Pubzora may integrate with services such as Google, social media platforms, and other third-party services. Your use of those services is also subject to their respective terms and policies. Third-party services may change their APIs, permissions, availability, or policies, which may affect Pubzora functionality.

Pubzora allows you to create automated workflows and scheduled publishing processes. You are responsible for the content, destinations, timing, and configuration of your workflows. You should review your workflow configuration before enabling automated publishing.

Pubzora may offer free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions renew according to the billing period selected at checkout unless cancelled. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for applicable Pubzora transactions. 

Subscriptions may be cancelled to prevent future renewal. Refunds are handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable consumer protection laws. 

Paddle's current refund policy explains the applicable refund and statutory rights for Paddle transactions. 

You must not use Pubzora to:

Pubzora, including its software, branding, interface, design, and underlying technology, is owned by or licensed to Pubzora and may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially exploited without permission.

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee that Pubzora will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. Third-party outages, API changes, platform restrictions, and other circumstances outside our control may affect functionality.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable laws, or third-party platform requirements. You may stop using Pubzora at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pubzora is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes may be communicated through the Service or by email.
