Welcome to PubZora.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PubZora, an AI-powered content creation, social media management, scheduling, publishing, and workflow automation platform.

Throughout these Terms, "PubZora," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the operator of the PubZora service. "User," "you," and "your" refer to any individual or organization accessing or using the platform.

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using PubZora, you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you access PubZora on behalf of a company, client, or other organization, you confirm that you have the authority to act on its behalf.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our services.

PubZora provides tools to help individuals, businesses, marketing teams, and content creators manage their social media content and digital publishing activities.

Depending on your subscription, available features, and connected platforms, PubZora may offer:

Feature availability may differ between subscription plans, connected platforms, geographical locations, and stages of product development.

Some features may be released gradually, offered as beta functionality, or restricted by third-party API requirements.

PubZora may introduce, modify, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for product development, security, legal compliance, or technical compatibility. Where a material change adversely affects a paid service, we will provide notice and appropriate remedies where required by applicable law.

To access certain PubZora services, you must create an account and provide accurate registration information.

You agree to maintain accurate account details, protect your login credentials, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and meet the age requirements of any third-party platform you connect.

You are responsible for activities performed through your account by individuals you authorize to use it.

You must not impersonate another person, create accounts using misleading identities, gain unauthorized access to other accounts, or use PubZora in violation of applicable laws.

We may request additional information when reasonably necessary to verify account ownership, prevent fraud, or protect platform security.

PubZora offers Free and paid subscription plans. Current plans may include Free, Starter, and Pro.

Each plan provides access to a particular combination of features, usage allowances, and account limits.

Usage allowances are generally measured over the applicable subscription or usage period, as indicated in the platform.

Unused monthly allowances do not automatically carry forward unless explicitly stated.

A workflow execution may involve multiple automated tasks or external services. Additional resource restrictions may apply to intensive operations such as AI image generation, video processing, or third-party API usage.

We may implement reasonable rate limits, technical safeguards, and fair-use restrictions to protect platform reliability and prevent abuse.

We will not silently increase the price of an existing paid subscription without any notice or consent required by applicable law.

PubZora may provide a Free plan that allows users to explore available content creation, scheduling, workflow, and social media management tools.

Free accounts are subject to the features, resource allowances, and monthly limits displayed for that plan.

Access to a Free plan does not guarantee unrestricted or permanent availability of every feature.

We may adjust Free plan allowances or available features from time to time, subject to applicable law.

You may upgrade to an eligible paid plan when you require additional features or higher usage limits.

PubZora uses Paddle as its merchant of record and payment processing provider for paid subscriptions.

When purchasing a paid PubZora subscription, you enter into a payment transaction with Paddle, which acts as the authorized seller of the subscription.

Paddle handles payment collection and applicable transaction-related responsibilities, including certain taxes, billing records, and refund processing.

PubZora operates and provides the software service, while Paddle facilitates the purchase and billing relationship.

By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to the applicable Paddle Buyer Terms.

Paid subscriptions may be available on monthly or annual billing cycles.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, recurring subscriptions automatically renew for the applicable billing period until cancelled.

The applicable subscription amount, billing period, taxes, and payment details are presented during checkout.

By completing a recurring purchase, you authorize Paddle to charge your selected payment method according to the subscription terms shown at checkout.

If a recurring payment fails, Paddle may attempt to process the payment again according to its applicable procedures.

Continued payment failure may result in the subscription being suspended, cancelled, or downgraded where permitted.

We may restrict paid features when an active paid subscription can no longer be verified.

Where available, users may upgrade or change subscription plans through PubZora's billing interface.

Any applicable immediate charges, prorated adjustments, credits, or renewal changes will be determined by the checkout and billing arrangements presented for that transaction.

The final amount shown and authorized through Paddle checkout governs the payment transaction.

You may cancel a recurring subscription in accordance with the cancellation options made available by Paddle.

Paddle generally allows subscription cancellation through its customer portal, accessible from the purchase or subscription confirmation email.

Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period, preventing further recurring charges after that period.

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

Refund eligibility is determined according to Paddle's applicable policies, the circumstances of the purchase, and any mandatory consumer protection rights.

Eligible refunds are processed by Paddle, not directly by PubZora.

Nothing in these Terms limits any refund, withdrawal, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

## 8. Social Media Account Connections

PubZora may allow you to connect supported social media accounts through official authorization systems, APIs, or other permitted integration methods.

Supported services may include Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, X, WordPress, and other platforms as integrations become available.

By connecting an external account, you confirm that you own the account or are authorized to manage it.

You grant PubZora permission to perform the actions you explicitly authorize, within the capabilities and limitations of the connected service.

These actions may include accessing permitted account information, preparing content, scheduling posts, publishing approved content, and retrieving permitted publishing-related information.

You may disconnect supported integrations or revoke permissions through the options offered by PubZora or the relevant external platform.

Connecting an account does not transfer ownership of that account to PubZora.

Your use of third-party services through PubZora remains subject to those services' own terms, community rules, developer policies, and publishing requirements.

You are responsible for ensuring that your posts, videos, images, captions, publishing activities, and automated operations comply with the policies of each connected platform.

PubZora does not control or guarantee the continued availability of any third-party API.

External platforms may impose API limits, change permissions, introduce additional verification requirements, reject content, restrict automated publishing, or suspend connected accounts.

These changes may affect certain PubZora integrations without prior notice.

PubZora is not responsible for enforcement decisions independently made by third-party platforms, except where liability arises from our own conduct and cannot legally be excluded.

PubZora is an independent software service and is not officially endorsed by or affiliated with the owners of these platforms unless explicitly stated otherwise.

PubZora allows users to create, organize, schedule, and publish content through supported services.

You are responsible for the content you create, upload, schedule, or publish using PubZora, including content produced using AI tools.

Before publishing, you should verify that your content is accurate, lawful, appropriate for its intended audience, and compliant with the requirements of the relevant platform.

You must have the necessary rights to use any images, music, videos, trademarks, personal information, or other protected material included in your content.

When you schedule content or activate a publishing workflow, you authorize PubZora to process and submit that content according to your selected settings.

Scheduled publication depends on technical conditions, including external API availability, authorization status, media compatibility, connectivity, and platform restrictions.

We aim to provide reliable scheduling and publishing functionality but cannot guarantee delivery at an exact time or successful publication in every case.

A failed or delayed publishing attempt does not necessarily mean the connected platform has rejected the content permanently.

You remain responsible for monitoring important publishing activities and confirming that critical content has been published successfully.

Once content is successfully published to a third-party platform, it becomes subject to that platform's own policies and controls.

Deleting or modifying content inside PubZora does not necessarily remove or update content already published externally.

You may need to manage existing published content directly through the connected platform.

PubZora may provide AI-assisted features that generate or modify text, images, content ideas, captions, hashtags, and other creative materials.

AI-generated outputs may sometimes be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive, unsuitable, or similar to content generated for other users.

We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is original, factually accurate, free from third-party rights, or suitable for any specific legal or commercial purpose.

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it or publishing it.

You must not use AI tools to create illegal content, impersonate others, generate deceptive material, infringe intellectual property rights, or violate platform policies.

Certain AI features may depend on external AI providers or require you to connect your own API credentials.

Where you use a third-party AI account or API key, your use of that provider is also subject to its applicable terms, charges, limitations, and privacy practices.

Unless expressly included in your PubZora subscription, third-party AI usage fees may be charged separately by your chosen provider.

PubZora does not control the pricing, uptime, content policies, or usage restrictions of independent AI providers.

PubZora provides workflow functionality to help users organize and automate supported content-related tasks.

Depending on available features, workflows may involve AI content generation, content preparation, media operations, scheduling, integrations, and publishing actions.

You are responsible for configuring your workflows appropriately, reviewing their intended actions, and ensuring they comply with applicable laws and third-party platform requirements.

By activating a workflow, you authorize PubZora to execute the configured actions according to the conditions and permissions you provide.

Automated workflows may process information or initiate external actions without additional manual confirmation when configured to do so.

We recommend testing workflows before using them for important business operations.

Workflow executions may be subject to monthly plan limits, resource quotas, processing restrictions, and external API availability.

PubZora cannot guarantee that every workflow will complete successfully, run at a particular time, or remain compatible with third-party systems indefinitely.

You must not configure workflows designed to generate spam, manipulate engagement, distribute harmful content, bypass service restrictions, or perform unauthorized actions.

You retain the rights you hold in the content you upload, create, or manage through PubZora.

PubZora does not claim ownership of your original content solely because it is stored or processed through our platform.

By submitting content to PubZora, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, reproduce, adapt for technical formatting, transmit, and publish that content solely as reasonably necessary to provide the services and actions you request.

This license continues only as necessary for service delivery, lawful retention, and completion of authorized operations, subject to our Privacy Policy.

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit and use your content through PubZora.

Ownership and commercial-use rights concerning AI-generated outputs may depend on applicable law and the terms of the AI provider involved.

PubZora's website design, software, interfaces, branding, trademarks, documentation, and underlying technology remain the property of PubZora or its respective licensors.

Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, sell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit PubZora's proprietary software or technology in violation of applicable law.

You agree to use PubZora responsibly and lawfully.

You must not use the service to:

We may investigate reported violations and take proportionate action, including restricting specific features, suspending workflows, or suspending or terminating accounts where justified.

Where practical and legally appropriate, we will provide an explanation and an opportunity to address remediable violations.

Where PubZora supports team or workspace access, account owners may invite authorized individuals to collaborate within their workspace.

The workspace owner or authorized administrator is responsible for managing invitations, permissions, and access levels.

Team members must comply with these Terms and may only access information and perform actions permitted by their assigned roles.

A workspace owner is responsible for ensuring that its team members are authorized to process business information and manage connected social accounts.

We recommend removing access promptly when an individual no longer requires it.

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using PubZora, you acknowledge that operating the service may require us to process account information, submitted content, connected-platform information, and relevant technical data.

You remain responsible for ensuring that personal information you provide or process through PubZora is collected and used lawfully.

Where you use PubZora to process information on behalf of customers, clients, or other individuals, you are responsible for obtaining any required permissions and providing appropriate notices.

Additional data protection agreements may be required in circumstances governed by specific data protection laws.

We work to maintain a reliable and secure service.

However, PubZora may occasionally experience maintenance periods, technical failures, integration interruptions, capacity restrictions, or temporary unavailability.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the service will always be free from errors.

Certain features may be affected by cloud infrastructure providers, internet connectivity, AI providers, payment systems, or third-party social media APIs.

We may conduct maintenance, deploy updates, or temporarily restrict functionality when reasonably necessary to protect security or restore service reliability.

Where practical, we will provide notice of planned maintenance that materially affects access.

You may stop using PubZora at any time.

You may request account closure or deletion of eligible information through available account controls or by contacting us.

Cancelling a paid subscription and deleting a PubZora account are separate actions. Cancelling a subscription does not necessarily delete your account or stored content.

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially or repeatedly violate these Terms, engage in fraud, create serious security risks, or use the platform unlawfully.

We may also restrict access when required by applicable law or a competent authority.

When a paid subscription ends, access to paid features may be reduced or discontinued according to the applicable billing arrangements.

Account termination may affect your ability to access stored content, scheduled posts, active workflows, and connected integrations.

You are encouraged to retain independent backups of important content.

Any data retention or deletion following account closure is governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable legal obligations.

Termination does not remove obligations or rights that arose before termination, including valid payment obligations, accrued liabilities, and provisions intended to survive termination.

PubZora provides content creation, publishing, and automation tools intended to assist users with their work.

The service is provided on an "as available" basis, subject to any warranties and protections required by applicable law.

We do not guarantee particular social media engagement, follower growth, sales, revenue, advertising performance, or business outcomes.

AI-generated suggestions, automated reports, and content recommendations should not be treated as professional legal, medical, financial, or other regulated advice.

You are responsible for evaluating whether PubZora's functionality is suitable for your business needs.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PubZora will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost business opportunities, or reputational damage, arising from use of the service.

This limitation includes losses arising from third-party platform decisions, unauthorized activity caused by a user's failure to protect access credentials, inaccurate AI-generated content, or workflow configurations made by users, except to the extent the loss is attributable to PubZora's own legally actionable conduct.

To the extent permitted by law, PubZora's aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount paid for the PubZora service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

For users of a Free plan who have made no payment during that period, applicable liability will be determined according to mandatory law.

These limitations do not exclude or restrict liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence where such exclusion is prohibited, personal injury caused by negligence where applicable, or any other liability that cannot legally be limited.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, if your unlawful conduct, unauthorized content, or material breach of these Terms results in a third-party claim against PubZora, you agree to indemnify PubZora against reasonable losses and expenses directly resulting from that claim.

This obligation does not apply to losses caused by PubZora's own misconduct or failure to meet its legal obligations.

We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in our services, business operations, technical functionality, integrations, or applicable legal requirements.

The revision date displayed at the top of this page will be updated when changes are published.

If changes materially affect your rights or obligations, we will provide additional notice where required by law.

Material changes will not apply retroactively where prohibited by law.

If you do not agree with revised Terms, you may stop using the service and cancel your paid subscription according to the applicable cancellation procedures.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the legal operator of PubZora, subject to mandatory consumer protection rights and any other laws that cannot contractually be excluded.

If a dispute arises concerning PubZora's software service, we encourage you to contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the matter informally.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be submitted to a competent court in accordance with applicable law.

Payment-related disputes involving purchases made through Paddle may also be subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms and the dispute-resolution procedures applicable to that purchase.

Nothing in this section restricts mandatory consumer rights or a user's right to bring a claim before a court where applicable law requires that right to remain available.

If a provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

Our failure to enforce a provision immediately does not mean we permanently waive the right to enforce it.

These Terms, together with the documents expressly incorporated by reference, form the applicable agreement governing your use of PubZora's software service.

Any separate agreements governing third-party services, payment transactions, or independent AI providers remain applicable to those services.
