Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how subscription cancellations and refunds work for Pubzora ("Pubzora", "we", "us", or "our").

You may cancel your Pubzora subscription at any time. When you cancel, your subscription will normally remain active until the end of your current paid billing period. You will not be charged for the next billing period after cancellation. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period.

Pubzora offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on the first paid subscription payment. If you are not satisfied with Pubzora, you may request a refund within 30 days of your initial paid subscription payment.  Refund requests may be reviewed to prevent fraud or abuse. This guarantee does not limit any mandatory refund or consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law. Subsequent subscription renewals are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or otherwise approved by Pubzora.

Pubzora payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle and are normally returned to the original payment method where possible. Paddle's refund information is available here. For transaction-related support, you may also contact Paddle.

Once a refund is approved, processing time may depend on Paddle and your payment provider. A refund may take several business days to appear in your account.

Free plans do not qualify for refunds because no payment has been made. Promotional offers, discounted subscriptions, credits, or other special purchases may have additional refund conditions disclosed at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to deny refunds where we reasonably determine that a refund request involves fraud, abuse, repeated exploitation of the refund policy, or violation of our Terms of Service. Our Terms of Service are available here.

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights or other rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable law.

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
